From the Bay Area: From I-80 East, take US-50 East toward Sacramento/South Lake Tahoe. Take the CA-160/15th Street exit. Turn left onto X Street and then an immediate left onto 16th Sreet. 

From Highway 50 West: Take the CA-160/16th St. exit. Turn right on 16th St. 

From Interstate 5 North or South: Take the J Street exit toward Downtown. Merge onto J Street heading east. Turn left onto 16th Street. 

From Auburn: Take the I-80 Capitol City Freeway, exit at 160/Downtown. 160 becomes 12th Street. Turn left on North B Street (second light). Turn right on Ahern and then left onto A Street. 

Via Public Transportation: From the Greyhound station at 9th and L Street, walk 2 blocks to 8th and K Street. Take the 15 bus (about 10-15 minutes) to 16th and Richards Blvd. Walk about 2 blocks south on 16th to the gym at 16th and North B Street. From the Amtrak station at 5th and I Street, walk 5 blocks to 8th and K and follow the preceding directions.
