We are here to easily make changes to your membership. All changes to your membership need to be made by the last day of the month. Otherwise you WILL be billed on the 1st of each month.Complete the online form for any changes in your membership.
Freeze a Membership
Are you going to be traveling? Moving to Yosemite for the summer? Taking some time off? Place your membership on hold and it will be waiting for you upon your return. This way, you will not be required to pay an initiation fee when you get back. Freezing your membership is only $10 per month. (A 2 month minimum is required when freezing.)
Cancel a Membership
We'll be very sorry to see you go, but if you're moving to Poughkeepsie, what can we do?
Did you move recently? Get a new P.O. Box? Let us know and we'll update your records.
If your credit card is about to expire or if you'd like to change your payment method, please talk to one of our friendly front desk staffers the next time you're in the gym.
