INTRO TO CLIMBING
(Walk-in registration daily)
Free to members! In this daily class you'll get the basics and become a self sufficient gym climber with one of our passionate and knowledgeable staff members. You'll learn how to tie in as a climber, as well as how to belay safely for your partner. With an emphasis on the safety checks that we require at all our gyms, this class is highly recommended for first timers as well as a helpful refresher if it's been a while since you belayed with an ATC. The cost includes all necessary rental gear, an hour of instruction, and a day pass to the gym so you and your friends can practice your new skills for the rest of the evening.
Class Times: Monday - Friday 11:30am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm and 6:30 pm
Saturday/ Sunday: 11:30am and 1:30pm, 3:30

INTRO TO LEADING
(Monthly, Pre-registration required)
Ready to take your climbing to the next level? Lead climbing is an exciting and challenging way to push yourself both mentally and physically as a climber. In this hands on class that is capped at 6 participants, you'll learn about proper footwork, rope management, efficient climbing techniques. The instructor will also teach safe lead belaying techniques and all participants will have the chance to take and catch a lead fall. While this class is not required, it is a highly encouraged starting point to practicing for your lead test in our gyms. Participants of all climbing abilities may join, but we recommend that you can comfortably climb 5.10b and already have a permanent top rope belay card.

Enjoy one of our many yoga classes in our studio lit with natural light. With styles ranging from ashtanga to vinyasa, our instructors keep the classes fresh and accessible to participants of all levels and experience levels. Check out our calendar for details on daily classes. Mats and equipment are available at no charge.
FITNESS CLASS DROP-IN

All our fitness classes are included in the monthly membership, but anyone can drop into a class as well. With classes ranging from kick boxing to core strength to Rip60, we have a variety of classes that will make exercising fun and engaging again. Check our calendar for information about daily classes and instructors.
Boot Camp/ Step 360 - A fun, high energy class full of body weight exercises, step 360 and light equipitment designed to keep you motivated and progressing towards your fitness goals. You can't expect some sprints, resistance training, core work, and a whole lot more! All levels welcome.
Cardio Circuit - Interval training class that conbined aerobic and anaerobic cardio workouts with strength training using tubing, gliding disks, land weights and the Step 360. This class is everything rolled into one awesome workout!
Core & More - This class is a combination of functional exercises that will not only work your core but every muscle in your body. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a beginner, come and work your core to the max! Fun is not optional in this class, it is a requirement!
Cycling - An indoor cycling class that does a combination of sprints, up-hill climbing (seated and standing) and muscle endurance all to heart pounding motivational music for a full 60 minutes. Strap on your shoes, grab a seat, and get ready to ride!
Functional Training. Get a workout that alternates fluid, graceful body movement with dynamic balance sequences to challenge muscular endurance, flexibility and core strength. You will improve body awareness while working from one sequence to the next with moves that incorporate pilates and fitness. Tons of fun and no equipment necessary!
Zumba - Fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic cardio fitness program. Achieve long lasting benefits while having an absolute blast! So. Much. Fun.
