LIABILITY WAIVER

Touchstone Climbing is dedicated to creating a safe environment for all participants at our facilities. Climbing is inherently dangerous. Safe practice requires the active involvement of both the climber and the belayer, which dictates the need for personal responsibility, and our requirement that all participants sign a liability release. Our rules and tests have been developed to help us evaluate and minimize the potential for climber or belayer error, but they are weak substitutes for attentiveness and appreciation of the responsibilities we all have for our own safety. 

Each participant must sign a liability waiver or have one on file in order to be in the gym. You may print a copy of our waiver, fill one out online, or sign a digital copy in the gym.  Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian to sign a waiver, or their guardian may fill out a waiver online.

Touchstone loves parties! Throwing parties... planning parties... crashing parties....

If you are bringing a group, save time by filling out waivers ahead of time online. If you are bringing a group of children, it is especially important that each child has a waiver signed by their legal guardian.
