These pictures will give you an introductory view of the gym, though you'll really need to drop by to fully appreciate its size and scale. From the steep lead walls and cave to the moderate pillars to the slab for novices, you will find a variety of superb climbing terrain. If you prefer not to rope up, we have two hundred lineal feet of bouldering to get you pumped without ever donning a harness.
We also have free weights, weight machines, and an assortment of cardio equipment that includes ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, and stair steppers. If those don't all have you headed to the sauna, then you can also drop in to one of our many classes. We offer performance indoor cycling, several different styles of yoga, boxing and kick-boxing, core strength classes and more.
