This workshop is designed to motivate and train climbers interested in climbing specific training.
Over the course of six weeks climbers will meet and train together as a team twice per week for at least two hours per session. Participants will be introduced to key training concepts used by elite athletes around the world and enjoy the benefits of having motivated training partners and a coach to help guide you through this rigorous process.
Don’t make the same mistakes that thousands of climbers have made before by overtraining, training incorrectly, or simply by not training at all.
When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 - 9:30 pm, beginning May 21st.
